Artist statement
Inspired by natural imperfections found in stones and rocks.
Each item is assembled with a mosaic-like composition. Composed of glass shards fused together in an oven (kiln) over a 3 day period. Afterward hand ground and polished to reveal each object's raw, live edge-like qualities.
Each candle holder is one of a kind, forms vary.
