Artist statement
Formed from white stoneware, this wall hanging sculpture features chain linked motifs to represent unity and connection. These hopeful sentiments are integral today in a world that feels ever more divided and disconnected. The striking yet simple chains hang from a stoneware rod in varying lengths, creating a triangular form. These adorn like jewellery, the links connecting to one another and the main body of the piece. The sculpture can be attached to a wall with brass hooks that are included. The golden shine of the metal beautifully contrasts against the matt clay. These will need to be screwed into a wall and it is recommended to use rawl plugs for extra strength.

There is a softness and imperfection attributed to its handmade nature and each piece is entirely unique. Please note that there is a difference in lighting between images and that the stoneware is a soft light cream colour.
