Artist statement
The Rone range is an exploration of the delicate balance of classic forms. In simplicity, quality is at the utmost importance and every part is painstakingly milled or spun before hand-finishing.
A functional (and replaceable) LED light source is evenly diffused by a PMMA light diffuser. Our blackened bronze finish is the hand-process of building up gradual layers of depth and texture like a fingerprint, so no two pieces are exactly the same. Accent-parts are in polished nickel.
The given height is the minimum hanging height (ceiling to the bottom of the fixture), stems are made to length on order. It can also be flush mounted to the ceiling (no stem part).
As this piece is handmade to order it is fully customisable in size, scale, finish, hanging and arrangement. We have alternative sizes available on request.
