About the art
Artist statement
The Orno chair is part of the Orno collection, our first to be entirely made of hardwood. All pieces were designed under a same construction system that consists of basic structural elements –columns, beams, support planes– and whose joints are resolved in such a way that the final piece is read as a whole and not as a summation of parts. The rounding of the outer corners ends by softening the entire collection both tactile and visually.
