Artist statement
Lightpulse is an award winning (Ung Svensk Form 2021), abstract, geometric light box, inspired by circular pulse waves. It aims to add a bold design element and a characteristic vibrance in the interior. The light is emitted in a circular form but it’s only when the viewer changes observation angles that the circle reveals its depth and perpetuity.
Lightpulse is purposed to be used as an atmospheric wall lamp, diffusing a gently warm light through the special acrylic.
