Artist statement
The name is French for H O L L O W. Developed during the autumn of 2019, true to her name, the defining character of this design is its absentee interior. The seating and reclining surfaces of the design descend into the hollow, creating a hidden depth that accommodates a thick under-layer of comfort hidden within the hallow. This particular work is produced in cast bronze with a mohair velvet or cowhide mattress. Limited Edition of 10, numbered and signed.
