More About Daniel Skoták
What inspires you?
Inspiration is everywhere. I find it in nature, environment, medium, people, culture and much more. Everyday life inspires me to create.
Describe your creative process.
In the very beginning is always research. Most of the time I think about the product or an artistic piece I am creating. I think about the way it will be used, about the producing and environmental consequences. Then I try to design a product or an artistic piece in the interesting and functional material that has its own aesthetics and purpose.

I always look around. You can find inspiration anywhere, even in places you wouldn't ever expect.
