What inspires you?

Anything from the mundane to the extraordinary can inspire me. Being present allows me to observe things and people as they are, with all their nuances and details. I am also inspired by the spirit and contributions of people like Yann Arthus Bertrand, Sylvia Alice Earl, Santiago Calatrava, Gio Ponti, Frank Stella, Lee Alexander McQueen.

Describe your creative process.

I love uncovering new insights through reflective observations and learning about my subjects. I engage in playful exploration of mediums and ideologies, ultimately allowing my intentions and a user-centric approach to guide the creation of my work.

Narrative / Functional Abstraction / Tactile

Who are some artists that have influenced your work?

My work is influenced by a collective memory of many people whose work I’ve admired and studied over time; many of whom are/were not artists.

What is the most important tool when creating your work?

My mental and sensory faculties are crucial for my creative work. I strive to preserve them.

Where do you go for inspiration?

Like Post Malone, the toilet. In due time, I may need to schedule an appointment with my proctologist. On a lighter note : flashbacks of memories, an interesting book, listening to & sharing life experiences, discovery of new experiences and reflective observations.
