Pierre Daems specialises in high-end interior design and tailor made furniture. Always searching for a balanced game between straight lines and curves, finishing touches and textures, one could best describe his style as warm minimalism.
His love for materials and arts and crafts is rooted in Belgium, the Art Deco environment where he grew up and the Belgian design landscape leaving sparks of inspiration and defining his style until today.
An architectural, intuitive approach to design results in high-end one of a kind objects and interiors, yet they all have Pierre Daems’ signature balancing between edgy and gentle, simple and sophisticated. Every design has the same tactile, timeless character reflecting his boundless creativity and an eye for the details that are often overlooked. Dissolving the boundaries, if there are any at all, between design and art, these objects are what they are, live in peace with their own imperfections and can stand on themselves as much as they can shape any interior.
The June side table displays the contrast and endless play between curves and strong lines resulting in elegant yet solid designs. Through subtle Art Deco details the belgian roots can easily be traced back. Available in different solid marble finishes in combination with a stainless steel or brass J-curved leg. They're designed and handmade in Belgium by and for design devotees.
