In the context of today's culturally integrated world, exploring Chinese aesthetics is the foundation of Xinyi Chen’s design practice. Within this collection, Taoist philosophy is the design entry point to express Chen’s understanding of Taoism and its relationship to sustainability and planetary care.
Describe your creative process.
Every design created by Xinyi Chen was born from different her creative visualised language. They sometimes start from philosophy concepts, or elusive emotions; become interlaced curves on mind maps; grow in unrestrained sketches and sketch models.
