Full Stack Developer

We are looking to extend our development team with a Full Stack Developer. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end web development. You will be working on theartling.com, an eCommerce site that is one of the world's leading curated online art galleries, as well as the expansion of our B2B tools for registered interior designers and architects. This role is based in Singapore.

We work in a very lean and agile way, so you will usually be working on a small to medium sized feature during focused 2-3 week sprints. It will be your job to bring new features to life, all the way from planning, implementation, testing, documentation to final deployment. You will be working directly with the Senior Developer, learning from their wealth of experience in the field.

To excel in this job, you should have strong knowledge and experience with the following technologies:

  • HTML & CSS
  • Python & Django
  • JavaScript
  • ReactJS
  • Git

If you also have experience with the following technologies, it would be a plus:

  • GraphQL
  • Jupyter Notebooks
  • UNIX-like operating systems (we use MacOS, our servers use Ubuntu)
  • Familiarity with basic AWS services like EC2, RDS, Route 53, CloudFront, Lambda, SNS, SQS

Qualifications

  • Experience in Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development
  • Proficiency in Software Development and Full-Stack Development
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
