Kaleidoscopic Multiplicity-2
My work is based on sophisticated use of abstraction and complex geometry where patterns repeat infinitely creating inspiring visual wonders. I take pre existing motifs from Roman and Persian cultures and develop them into my own form of visual expression. Repetition is intrinsic to all my geometric work as a whole. There are groupings and further groupings based on a pattern that is unique to that group. Perception of patterns is altered by varying the juxtaposition of hues and the order on which they are layered. What delights me are the unanticipated visual transformations that take place during the whole process and the final outcome.
