Kourosh Patrick Keynejad is a fine art and lifestyle photographer. Raised by an English mother and a Persian father, Keynejad split his time between Europe and the United States as a child. He cultivated a keen passion for art, travel, sport, and family which remain the driving factors to his success today.  After graduating from the University of Colorado, Keynejad spent his years working for several global finance companies traveling both internationally and domestically. Visiting multiple regions and countries across the globe, he became an avid devotee for travel, culture, and building relationships with locals.

In 2015, Keynejad embarked on a year long solo backpacking trip through Southeast Asia, a location vastly unique and unknown to him at the time which quickly shaped the course of his life. The boldness of music, architecture, food, art, and tradition fueled his appetite to capture the essence of culture through photography. A desire to push the boundary of his comfort zone arose, and it was there he became enchanted with his lens and the bright cultures of Southeast Asia. He set out to photograph and film everything he could from landscape, portraiture, and cityscape.

Keynejad has since traveled to 70+ countries with his lens, becoming a professional in his field with a specialty in minimal nature photography. A mix between extreme and simple subjects, Keynejad isolates the subject matter giving viewers a sense of importance in space and time through a singular photograph. His fine art photography became extremely successful which cultivated international solo exhibitions and art fairs around the world including Miami, New York, Paris, Dubai, and Tokyo.

In 2021, he collaborated with Zenith Watches for a successful inaugural partnership. After reviewing one of his international exhibitions, they approached Keynejad to create a series of photographs to coincide with the release of the Defy Extreme Desert watch collection. The campaign was shot over four North American deserts and reflected the design aesthetic of the watch, including subtle elements that mimic the Mojave Desert.

Keynejad currently resides between Hawaii, New York, and France with his wife and daughter. Since welcoming his beautiful baby girl last spring, she became the most challenging yet rewarding and gratifying gift. She remains his current muse as he continues to transport viewers around the world through his work.
