SVEN VOGEL

I am based in Cologne, Germany.

After working as a freelance Photographic Assistant for various high-profiled Fashion, People and Architecture Photographers, I soon worked for my own clients and started my own Art Studies.

Since 2008 I work as a professional Art, People and Architecture Photographer.

That was the time when I started my series (without knowing where it will take me) of abstract images - my series AQUARELLLANDSCAPE.

In my art project AQUARELLLANDSCAPE, I process my photographic gaze, which I developed during my countless stays in Africa, South America, Australia and other countries all around the world.
AQUARELLE LANDSCAPE tells of light and colours that shape our fast-paced world.

Since 2021 I work on my longtime Series Bushaeuser - Busstop - a Series about the situation of public transportation in Germany.
Then there are a couple of new Series like - Fenster - Windows - in which I take pictures of windows in suburbs and cities in Germany - it reflects on how we feel and think about intimacy.
