Viola Bąbol is an artist living in Poland. In the years 2008-2013 she studied painting at the Institute of Fine Arts of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin (Poland)
I have been painting and drawing since I can remember. In my work, surreal and expressionist influences are strongly felt.
My passion is narrative paintings. My artistic world revolves around everyday life, fairy tales, experiences and emotions related to nostalgia. In painting he shows the reflection of his soul. Combining reality with fantasy, I create autofiction. It is a story about female strength and sensitivity to the surrounding world. I paint what I see and express myself. The passing reality remains on the canvas and becomes a symbol. It's a form of inviting the viewer into my world.
