‘Lucky’ is the latest exhibition from Australian Artist and Textile Designer Chris Chun, which features the 12 animals of the Chinese Lunar Calendar. Each animal combines traditional Asian symbolism with contemporary Western sensibilities to bring good fortune, health and happiness to their owner.
As the symbol of Chinese culture, the dragon represents authority and good fortune. It has the 5th position among the Chinese Zodiac animals.
People born in the year of the Dragon are powerful, kind-hearted, successful, innovative, brave, fearless, healthy courageous and enterprising.
