The artworks include double exposures and manipulated effects with paint and pencil scribbles and abstracted writing including references to 'New Rose' and 'A Rose By Any Other Name' from Shakespeare's 'Romeo and Juliet'.

Many of these original studies were used to create an extensive collection of fabric designs and artworks for both abstract and figurative patterns including the styles and designs of the amazing tiling and architectural features.
