This print image started as a fabricated aluminum sculpture anodized in a red color. This is the Chinese Character Fulfillment. Fulfillment is a very personal and individual desire for each person. The Chinese Character is being held up over the head of a figure with up lifted arms pointing to the idea that with our awareness and concentration
we bring into reality the world around us. The background is the heart of Lagoon Nebula, which is an image captured by the NASA Hubble Space Telescope. As we sit on the planet Earth, we can wonder at the unimaginable space that surrounds the planet known as Earth.
