Artist statement
Pastel Mchanga. Shot in the White Sands National Park, New Mexico. At the very peak of sunrise, a pink light shines onto these fluorescent white dunes, lighting them with a magical pink hue.
Pastel Earth is a capsule collection of some of my favorite images with pastel tones throughout my travels. These four images were taken during my expeditions through Iceland, Greenland, the United States. Sensational colors captured at the few seconds of morning pink light made these images possible.
