Artist statement
The idea of being optimistic for too long a time can be pretty strenuous on people's psyches. Sure everyone knows the line' failure is the mother of success.' Still, numerous successful and failed attempts based on hope are pretty taxing. Reminiscing the past and hoping for the best for the future. (there we go again, optimism at work here), retaking baby steps, responding to the situation, dealing with them, admitting the pros and cons, and addressing them accordingly.
