Each panel depicts a figure and the figure's mirror, or shadow, within an hourglass with stylized clouds that create repeating and changing patterns. The figure is both apart from and camouflaged into the environment in which it stands. The figure on the left suggests male; the one on the right, female, and together they are a pair. Unframed dimensions are 24" x 32" and framed dimensions are 26" x 38".
