The End Of All Conflict
I try so hard sometimes
To change people so they could do things the way I want them to
I try to change the world
I am so convinced that people's actions can be different
That they can do better
But I never stop to see that no one would ever do anything unless they believed it was the right thing to do
The minute I stop and see that their convictions are as strong as mine
I seem to suddenly give them the right to follow their beliefs too
I see that a change of heart can never be forced
And I see that everyone is already always doing the best they can
And all conflict falls away
