"Long Mountain" in Washi
From my popular "Mountains in Washi" series comes Long Mountain.
Soft peach, green and blues serenely create a harmonic far off Mountain in the very sophisticated Japanese handmade Washi paper painted with acrylics.
My soft strong colors arrive from using color mixing techniques first developed by Japanese Monks centuries ago to portray the blush on their Cherry Blossoms.
The Washi mountain flows gracefully over the edges of the Gallery canvas and is completely coated with clear acrylics to protect from harmful UVs.
All of my art is available in fine heirloom quality handmade rugs.
