About the art
Artist statement
This painting is part of cycle Metamorphosis of Nature.
My vision in this series is to be truthful and aims to study the ideas of mysticism and (un)predictability of nature, and its basic necessity in our lives.
I create the painting by carefully modelling and constructing round-shaped structures from discarded material – paper. First I recycle it, then use the papier mache technique and glue it to wooden panels.
