Artist statement
The work “mountain flow II” consists of over 3 different types of wood:
Maple, walnut and mahogany
During the gluing process, Manfred arranged the strips and veneers of different thicknesses in such a way that they taper irregularly at the bottom and create a flowing dynamic. The mountain silhouettes were subsequently sawn out and sanded.
With this work, the artist wants to illustrate that not only humans, but also nature is subject to constant change.

Everything changes and evolves, nothing stays the same.
Since it is a wall object, two screws including dowels are included for easy installation.
The surface is completely natural.
