Artist statement
mountain nails #1 is the first work made of wire nails that depicts the silhouette of mountains.
Similar to the series "human nails", the artist has connected countless wire nails with each other through targeted welding points.
The upper part of the wall relief was processed with different tools and the surface was sealed with matt clear varnish to prevent the steel from oxidizing.
On the back are two hangers for easy mounting on the wall. Matching wall hooks and dowels are included.
