Artist statement
This is a painting from a series of hyperrealistic art works "Just Simple Things" about everyday things around us, which we often do not pay attention to, but which have firmly entered our lives. This picture captures the moment of a freshly drunk cup of coffee and a smoked cigarette.
On a warm summer day in September, you walked along a city street. Not a big cafe, a couple of tables on the sidewalk. Everyone pleases: the sun through the foliage, the silence and comfort of the old city. You sat down for coffee...
And just thanks. Thanks to the barista, thanks to the waiter, thanks to the universe for the opportunity to be ...
In this work alone, it took more than 40,000 strokes on the background, which took 20 hours of meditative concentration.
Enjoy simple things. This painting has been created in my personal original technique. With my painting, I try to express how I see the world, and on an emotional level I communicate with the viewer, hoping to fix the moment on the canvas. I put a piece my soul in each artwork, and in that moment all the fears and troubles disappear traceless. The real painting looks much better than the photo, which is not able to adequately show the colours, texture and sensations of the live painting.I ship worldwide.Painting is packed very carefully in cardboard box with layers of bubble wrap and styrofoam to protect it. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and expected delivery date.
Thank you for your attention to my art.
