Artist statement
This painting was inspired by my local landscape. I capture images on my camera, and after manipulating them in photoshop, I capture the same essence using oil paints and a bespoke blending technique. I hope the viewer feels the calm nature of the painting but also enjoys the vibrant colour pop.
