Artist statement
The installation "TechnoRenaissance" is a symbiosis of traditional and contemporary art, combining classical images with technological elements. The visual composition raises questions about the impact of modern technology on our culture and self-determination. Heads from the Renaissance, symbolizing high art and deep thinking, wrapped in wires, call for reflection on how technology has infiltrated our lives. The wires seem to wrap around or constrict the head, creating a sense of tension, pressure and limitation.
