Artist statement
In this painting, I sought to capture the raw, unbridled energy of nature’s elements clashing, with textural depth created through thick, impasto oil paint techniques. The chaotic harmony of colors represents the tumultuous sea meeting the calm, expansive sky. This artwork is meant to invoke a sense of awe and reflection, allowing viewers to feel the dynamic tension and balance between turmoil and tranquility. It's designed to bring a vibrant, thought-provoking presence into any room.
