About the art
Artist statement
The ongoing Call Series explores our growing need to strengthen our connection with our natural world.
This sculpture was built in a secluded forest where I have a permit to take my 'mobile studio' van. It is very beautiful and extremely quiet. There are rare animals rebuilding their numbers here after almost going extinct in the UK.
This sculpture would be securely packed by myself in a reinforced container for shipping.
