Artist statement
In my painting, I tried to capture the vibrant and refreshing essence of a coffee break moment. Using oil, materic and gold leaf, I employed cubist and geometric techniques to fragment and then recompose the elements in a dance of abstract shapes. The warm tones and the use of gold are designed to evoke that feeling of luxury and warmth, an invitation to take a moment for yourself, reflecting on the energy and richness that a simple cup of coffee can bring to everyday life. This work will bring a flow of contemporary energy and a touch of elegance into your home.
