Artist statement
With this work, I tried to explore the complexity and fragmentation of bottles inspired by Giorgio Morandi, through the use of geometric and abstract shapes. The bright colors contrast with the darker shades, creating an emotional dynamism. Through the use of oil and chalk, I wanted to make each texture palpable and full of meaning. It is a message in a bottle that brings hope and new emotions for the years to come.
