Artist statement
1979 is a collage/photographic print were I make use of traditional techniques (drawing, photography), as well new techniques (scanning, digital drawing/manipulating) to create a new and unique abstract work of art. This work shows elements of street art and abstract expressionism, as well it is influenced by industrial landscapes and my obsession for factories and smoke chimneys. It contents natural, black, grey and yellow color tones.
64x64c m -25.2 x 25.2 inches (image size: 60x60 cm - 23.6x23.6 inches) giclée with 2cm (0.8 inch) white border for framing on excellent Photo Rag 308 grams matte fine art paper.
