Colors of Apathy 1

Colors of Apathy is a series of work that reflects upon how the general society consciously overlooks the livelihoods, everyday sights, and experiences of people who live in poverty.
Using vibrant colors and abstract forms juxtaposed with grimy subject matters , I hope to bring to light the indifferent attitudes of our society towards people living in lower social economic statuses. The subject matter featured is that of the common Mynah bird, found usually in public housing estates, and the humble trolley used to transport around found newspapers and cardboard for recycling.
