About the art
Artist statement
Gate of the outer world or the space between abstract and non-abstract, physical and non-physical. There is a key of the meaning of our life. What is human being how to be enlightened. The intertwining white lines recall memories and deepen the mystery, they travel far as thoughts live. We are what our thoughts have made us. Emotions pass, beauty remains. Sometimes we just have to let the sorrow percolate for a while.
Uneven texture is created by gesso. Blur effect is done by various size and hardness brushes. Multiple layers of brush work creates delusional impression.
