Alvin Mak
Alvin Mak is a visual artist and mechanical engineer based in Hong Kong. He is self-taught and has been creating art since 2001. His works explore a variety of media from photography, prints, and sculptures to installations. He is drawn to abstraction and visual movement, examining the interference of light to pursue mesmerising visuals. His creative journey led to video art and virtual objects, and his aim is to explore and develop new innovative visual languages.
Nicola Pragera
Nicola Pragera learned the art of painting from his father and participated in his first few exhibitions at a young age of 15, which were held in banks, dance schools, and in doctors' offices. The main themes he explores arise from events that encompass his daily life. For example, in 2017 he was disturbed by how algorithms and fake news distort the representation of specific topics on social media. He then used this as inspiration to create digital artworks from thousands of distorted profile photos from social media and linked them to his painted web addresses.
Zack G. Goulet
Based in Chicago, Zack G. Goulet received his BFA in Painting from the College of Visual Arts in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He has participated in a number of gallery exhibitions in Chicago at the Hairpin Arts Center, ARC Gallery, and the Other Art Fair Chicago. His work is also held in the collection of sculptor Nick Cave.
Farid Alam
Pakistani artist Farid Alam began his formal art training studying graphic design at the Fine Arts Dept. Punjab University, Lahore. He served the advertising industry for more than thirty years, leaving in 2016 as a Creative Director Design at JWT, Karachi. Farid has always been inspired by geometry, and this has highly influenced his works. For the artist, the crisp, neat, and simple lines turn into unending magical formations. When Farid started out as an art student, he focused on the art, artefacts, and architecture of both western and non-western cultures. While living in Lahore, a city rich in culture and history, he had all the opportunities to visit, see, and experience the beauty of Islamic art, architecture, and geometry. The simplified beauty of a single geometric form always motivated Farid to create exciting and refreshing artworks. In each of his works, viewers will come across a symmetrical, proportional, and balanced arrangement of recognisable shapes coming together. These shapes generate a myriad of stunning designs that captivate the viewer with a kaleidoscope of visual interest.
Corinne Natel
Corinne Natel is a contemporary artist, based in North West London, specialising in abstract mixed media paintings. Corinne is inspired by landscapes, nature, cities, travel, fashion, and media. Her work investigates colour, form, space, and texture. Working with a variety of media, a blank white canvas takes on a new form through the expression of energy and begins to develop a life of its own and a new entity, aiming to create vibrant and emotive works that allude to another world. Corinne has sold works in the UK and internationally, for homes, offices, hotels, restaurants and cruise ships; exhibited in solo and group shows at contemporary galleries, as well as at renowned London Hotels and leading Art Fairs.
Darlene Watson
Residing in the small northern town of Southampton, Canada since 2015, Darlene Watson is an abstract contemporary artist that creates large-scale and smaller works using acrylics and mixed media. Her informal, spontaneously gestural, and thoughtfully placed brush strokes show her energy as an abstract painter. With these brush strokes and sometimes using only her hands, she adds layers of vibrant or earth-toned works with shapes, lines, and colour. Darlene is a self-taught artist from her Interior Design consulting background. Her works are a process for her to place constant thoughts on a surface.
June Ni
Chinese artist June Ni is a self-taught artist who specialises in digital abstract art. Based in the US, she has won several national awards in the US and is participating in several group shows both in the US and internationally. June created the concept of Spiritrait - a unique type of portrait that captures an object's spirit using abstract painting techniques. The object can be a person, animal, or even a non-living thing as long as it possesses energy that can be recorded using shapes and colours.
Isaac Renteria
Mexican artist Isaac Renteriai is a painter and photographer based in Mexico whose works have been exhibited in China. He describes his works as reflecting freedom, love, and dreams. In addition, Renteria's distinctive still-life scenes are imbued with symbolism. While some aspects are intentional, others originate from his subconscious. Almost all of the objects featured in his digital photographs are made by him in his studio.
