Artist statement
'PD V2' is a table designed and created by Atelier Barberini & Gunnell in Italy. The base is made up of two solid monoliths of premium red travertine and the top in finest extra-clear crystal glass. The bases are sculpted from solid blocks and subsequently polished. On request different types of marble or even onyx can be used, to best adapt to the environment where it will be inserted. The table 'PD V2', thanks to its essential and minimal design, can be used in different spaces as dining table, writing- or partners desk.
Table dimension: L 230 x W 100 x H 75 cm. Dimensions are customizable.
Limited Edition of 6.
Each table is hand signed and numbered by the artists (engraved), 100% handmade in Italy and comes with a “Certificate of Authenticity”.
The artworks by Barberini & Gunnell are regularly shown at international art fairs, such as PAD London, PAD Genève, PAD Monaco, Salon Art and Design New York, Art Miami.
