The engraving is made by the author and is one of its kind from the cycle The lace vases. The author creates an engraving without a template, spontaneously, directly on the glass form, so the decor is never repeated. Each lace vase has an original decor. Each vase is unique piece. The decor is based on natural inspiration from structures and phenomena that can be observed in nature, structures woven by insects or birds. The engraving on the glass forms a deep negative relief, where the purple color of the glass passes into the crystal in the valeres.
