Artist statement
Engraved patterns result from observing natural structures. Structures of bird nests, spider’s webs or clusters of sea-grass, grass-blades, stalks or straw drifting on water or wind. Through this engravings we can flow into this micro-world and dive into its depths.
Nest Vase is made of overlaid blue & clear glass. Pure surface of blue cylinder is decorated with gentle hand engraved pattern of natural character.
