Artist statement
Inspired by the story of the Kazakh Eagle Hunters, the profile of the Eagle sofa presents the shape of the golden eagle’s massive wings.
Entirely handcrafted, the luxury sofa is not only a tribute to the splendid golden eagle but mostly to the mutual complicity between the hunters and their eagles. While the shape of the sofa reminds us of an eagle, the wood base in striped Ebony Macassar creates the beautiful effect of the perfectly aligned feathers of these birds.
The irreverent design of the Eagle sofa is handcrafted by InsidherLand team of Portuguese luxury upholstery manufacturers.
