About the art
Artist statement
Cordilheira was born as an idea to divide two spaces, it has a delicate curve on the front, and the often forgotten rear receives its own design with a dark contrasting tone. The curved doors are held shut by magnets and the interior is divided by a shelf in the middle on both sides.
An elegant piece that should be seen from all angles.
Cordilheira can be built to custom sizes in order to best suit its environment.
Made from Freijó and Ipê with traditional woodworking methods and a natural wax finish.
